The Friends are Seeking Board Members

Board Member Requirements:

• Commitment: Minimum of 4 years

• Honor the By-Laws of the Friends

• Attendance: Attendance and full participation at board meetings.

• Participation: Active participation on a committee they may choose

• Contribution: Board is all in – each member is expected to dedicate time, talent

  and/or treasure.

• Volunteering: Volunteer commitment in some capacity at all Friends events, and

  must join a committee.

• Must be a Friends Member In Good Standing:

  Have not been adjudged liable in any administrative or civil action, or been convicted in a

  criminal action involving theft, fraud or deceptive business practices.
