Brief HistoryTop of pageNext section

The Friends organization was established in November 1983, with Eugene Garfield of Pullman serving as its first Board President. Over the intervening more than two decades, the Friends signicantly grew in size and and helped with very major projects, including the Heritage Addition to the Neill Public Library completed in 2004.

We are now poised to assist our library in further growth, just as our Pullman community is experiencing a significant growth period.
